spacious roomexcellent bathroomcomfortable beddinggood buffet
the family room was spacious. it included two bedrooms and a lounge. the bathrooms were excellent, and the beddings were comfortable. the breakfast buffet offered good options.
the hotel is in an area with heavy traffic during the day.

poor breakfasthallway noise
The breakfast left a lot to be desired. It reminded me of a budget airline meal. also, i found the lack of soundproofing annoying. I could hear everything happening in the hallway, though i didn't expect complete silence.

the room was large and included tea and coffee facilities. breakfast had many options. (i liked the fresh fruit.)
I found several issues. the cleaners were not consistent at all. one day my room was not cleaned. I had to empty the bins myself. the reception staff was unhelpful, with only one person, fawzi, being of real assistance.
