inconsistent service marred the stay.
ac malfunction bad night
the city view from the room was acceptable.
The air conditioning malfunctioned . It did not cope with the heat. technicians were sent twice, but the problem remained unsolved. i had a bad night because of that.

air conditioning problem difficult regulation
The room view was excellent (I liked seeing the cityscape). The facilities were good, and the room was big.
The air conditioning was very difficult to regulate. After attempting to lower the temperature on the control panel, the hotel's central regulation system overrode my settings. The room was always too warm. I attempted to request assistance at reception, but no technician was sent to the room.

the room offered amazing views from the 27th floor, amazing. waking up to the beautiful city view. i also received a complimentary drink at the 360 bar-lounge (a very nice touch!).
