The location was super convenient! it's near atocha train station and various attractions. Getting around was easy! the staff were so friendly and helpful . they were always available and ready to assist with any questions i had!
The soundproofing was slightly less effective. I could hear some noise from the hallway.

My large double room had ample space. It allowed for easy movement. the bed felt comfortable and supported restful sleep. fresh towels were available in abundance, so i had great comfort. the shower and toilet facilities work well.

A coffee and water bar was available all day. I really loved that. this service offers complimentary refreshments and adds extra value. I was very pleased. it provided a convenient way to stay hydrated and caffeinated, and it was free.

I found the location excellent as it was really central. The staff was very kind and helpful. It. Water and coffee are available at reception, something I find quite useful after excursions. The roof terrace offered a nice view.
The room I got was quite small, I must mention. the street noise was a bit too much. The balcony doors did not close properly.
