detailed information warm welcome central location perfect requirements
the staff provided detailed information before my arrival, and the gentleman at reception extended a warm welcome, despite my late arrival close to 1:30 am. i received valuable breakfast recommendations. the location proved central and perfect for my needs. the provided information before arrival was helpful.
the lift is shared with residents, and i found it a little dark when entering the building at night.

non-functional air conditioning hot room
The location was acceptable and allowed easy access to nearby attractions.
The air conditioning did not work. I found the room hot during my entire stay. The staff didn't offer a solution.. I was quite disappointed with this, as I was expecting a more comfortable environment.

helpful staff great location super clean room small room thin walls missing shelving
the location was AMAZING it was close to everything. the staff was helpful too they provided good service. i was pleased with the cleanliness of the room it was super clean.
my room was quite small this was a drawback. the walls were thin i could hear noise. the bathroom lacked shelving for toiletries THAT was inconvenient.

Acceptable Location, Noticeable Issues
non-functional ac cramped room
The location is central and quite convenient.
The air conditioning did not work , a major problem given the warm weather. I had to ask for a fan, it was quite noisy and rickety. I found the room very cramped, with barely enough space to move around comfortably.
