adequate Location but room issues
glass wall street noise
The location was good, central to many attractions.
The room felt cramped and lacked privacy. The bathroom was separated from the main area only by a glass wall. This setup meant every sound carried, impacting comfort. The noise from the street was also a major PROBLEM.

great staff central location welcome gift
i FOUND the hotel well situated. The location is very close to many restaurants and bars. The staff were helpful at all times. A gift in my room.

the hotel features an elevator, GREAT for accessing higher floors with luggage. Access ramps are available. A safe is provided in each room, offering secure storage for valuables. I noted these features to be very practical.

my room included a comfortable bed with nice linens. The room had ample space for two people. A hairdryer was available in the bathroom. The shower water temperature and pressure was consistent.

breakfast included a fair selection of items. i saw three cheese options. Cold cuts were also offered, great. More yogurts WERE needed at times.

the staff were friendly. they provided assistance with directions. the hotel offered luggage storage after checkout. this service allowed me to explore the city without carrying my bags.

central location friendly staff welcome wine small room lack privacy poor breakfast
the location was amazing. it was really close to the royal palace. the staff was so helpful and friendly, not rude. the room had a bottle of wine, also some chocolates and marshmallows.
the room is so small and too dark. there is a sink in the room, while the toilet is separated by glass. you have no privacy. the breakfast wasn't good. we had to ask for more yogurt and butter.
