A Gem in the City Center!

The room was spacy with nice modern bathroom. The bed was super comfortable. I slept great every night. The location was perfect, near many restaurants, this was a big plus for me. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel has a lift that helped a lot with luggage. The sound insulation works well, I never heard outside noise from my room. It was great to have these ammenities.

The location is very good as the hotel sits right in the city center. It is also close to Gran Via and a lot of restaurants plus shops surrounds the place, I never had to walk more than 10 minutes to get somewhere.

Breakfast had good variety and was refilled constantly. I was happy that I could always find fresh options like fruit. It made mornings easy.

perfect location gem!

i loved how close it was to everything. gran via, bars, restaurants, and even three metro stations were within easy reach. breakfast was a highlight too, offering plenty of great options.
The street and hotel noise did bother me a bit, it sounded like an older building. the positives far outweighed this minor inconvenience.

The staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for me, providing excellent service throughout my stay. i also appreciated how they offered to store my luggage after checkout. It was quite helpful for my travel plans.

the location proved to be fantastic as most areas were walkable. i could easily reach many tourist attractions without needing public transport. the hotel is in a quiet street despite its central position.

the location rocks, it's really central. a short walk gets you to the metro, I loved that. the room had comfort, and it was clean too. very relaxing after i explore all day!
my room wasn't soundproofed, that sucked because of the crowd noise. breakfast was pretty average, nothing special. it was hard to find my room at first since it was after a fire door. no sign to guide you!
