the room was really clean. i loved that the air conditioning worked super well. the staff were very helpful, and breakfast had a decent buffet. plus, the water heater worked great!
Two jacuzzis were broken, a bummer. the steam room also wasn't steamy. It didn't seem to be working at all. i was really looking forward to those features!!!

The staff greeted us with birthday wishes for my partner. the bed had lovely decorations with rose petals. i appreciate the fruit platter. ven chhorvan provided great customer service. He ensured i was treated well. hean tityapiseth at the front desk coordinated everything smoothly and greeted me with a sincere smile. doeb champey and the breakfast staff provided great service.

The staff are amazing and helpful. the staff helped arrange a transfer. i was greeted with a sincere smile. the service was first class. All staff are very cute, really.

my beautiful double room was large and clean with modern decor and a comfortable bed. the bathroom had a bathtub , a bathrobe , and all the necessary amenities. the breakfast selection was diverse , offering options for various tastes. i found the pool area to be relaxing with ample sun loungers and a bar.
i noticed some noise from nearby clubs , particularly late at night , that might bother light sleepers.

the beautiful double room featured modern furnishings and ample space. it had a well-appointed bathroom with both a bathtub and shower. the room's air conditioning system worked efficiently , maintaining a pleasant temperature throughout my stay. i found the bed very comfortable with quality linens.

quiet roomroom entry
the room was quiet, spacious and cosy (i really needed that).
the staff entered my room even though i had the 'do not disturb' sign on the door, then they tried to charge me for mini bar items i did not use, specifically a half empty bottle of water. it is seriously unacceptable to enter a room when instructed not to.

The staff were attentive at check-in making it a smooth process.
My room's refrigerator barely cooled. Drinks remained lukewarm. The bathroom floor sloped incorrectly. Water flowed outward from the shower area creating a small flood after each use, it was annoying and inconvenient, I almost slipped!
