Excellent Stay at Historical Hotel
comfy pillows colonial designs great shower
The hotel features colonial designs in both rooms and common areas. the large bed had very comfy pillows. the walk-in shower was great. It was the best we have experienced this trip. the pool area provided relief from the midday sun.
the hotel did not offer recompense for the damaged clothing, which i found to be not ideal.

the building is beautiful and well maintained. our landmark king room was comfortable. there was a lovely display of fresh flowers (it. all staff members are well trained and very attentive.
our king landmark room had a balcony but no outdoor seating. the claw bath tub allowed insects to continually fly in at night due to a gap around the window. i requested it be taped up for the rest of my stay.

I found the staff attentive. They really enhanced my stay with their helpfulness. The hotel's architecture features unique colonial details throughout the building. My room felt spacious and offered a comfortable atmosphere, perfect after a busy day.

The hotel location was central. i like the on-site restaurants, they had variety. i enjoyed the pool facilities. It was clean and spacious.
The room service was slow. It took over an hour. the breakfast buffet was limited. I wished for more options. some of the staff seemed inattentive. I felt ignored at times.

the rooms were clean. food selection was very good. there were lovely children's pools and another very good sized pool was there. the rooms are well designed, I like this.
our king landmark room with attached balcony WAS not quite what I expected. there was no outdoor seating. it just had an empty balcony. the flowers were never replaced so died in the room.
