Adequate Stay, Some Issues Noted

The hotel looked well maintained and the room was clean.
The front desk staff displayed a lack of helpfulness. Asking for directions resulted in vague responses like 'turn right and walk until you find it'.. Securing a taxi required excessive waiting, sometimes over an hour, which caused me to miss a tour. The coffee and tea machines in the breakfast area were also out of service for four days, and food temperature was not ideal.

The staff were very attentive! they ensured all needs were met promptly. the provided airport transfer was seamless and comfortable. i appreciated the spacious room with its well-equipped kitchenette. It really seemed like home.

I found a few things disappointing. The breakfast selection seemed to have declined in quality. There was still variety, but the flavors of the Thai dishes weren't as good (i missed authentic flavors!). my room faced a busy street. The traffic noise was quite noticeable, even on a higher floor. It definitely impacted my ability to relax completely.

i found the room quite spacious. there was also a microwave in the room (very useful for heating up leftovers). the bed allowed me to sleep well. i found the bed and pillow wonderfully comfortable.
i found breakfast somewhat lacking. i didn't enjoy the breakfast . the shower cubicle is small. there were window panes instead of curtains, so daytime naps were affected.
