I enjoyed its proximity to many shops. The staff was friendly and helpful. My room had nice decorations for a honeymoon celebration and it was clean. Breakfast was nice with many options.
The air conditioning smelled a little like fried noodles.

The staff were friendly. This was acceptable.
the room smelled terrible, i told them in advance it was for my wife's birthday, but they didn't even write happy birthday on a card. the bathroom was tired, and the shower wasn't very hot, also, the sealant around the sink was horrible. the kids playroom had no toys, so there was nothing to do.

the room was clean and neat. staff were friendly and helpful. we stayed in lumbung room for three days and it was very comfortable. breakfast was good and i enjoyed the location near the beach and indian restaurants.
the rooms were very noisy. you could hear other people speaking in the hallway. i noticed a very bad isolation in the door. i wondered about the water quality in the pool. it seemed like many people just peed into it.
