The gardens looks gorgeous. Location is fabulous.

The check in was not good. The receptionist wasn't friendly or helpful at all. It seemed as if they was a robot. The room key failed several times but never got fixed. I do not had a good experience.

well kept groundsold showerweak water pressure

the grounds were well-kept, i will give them that.

the shower was old. it did not drain properly and the water pressure was weak. also, the minibar charges seemed a bit high, even for bali. i wish they were more transparent about the costs upfront, especially since i didn't even use half of the items.

beautiful gardensgood location

the gardens looked beautiful location was good i appreciated that the rooms were a good size the long walking promenade led to restaurants i found several places to eat and drink near the front gate

the tennis courts were fully booked i received little information on how to book tennis or bikes
