unfriendly receptionist faulty key
The gardens looks gorgeous. Location is fabulous.
The check in was not good. The receptionist wasn't friendly or helpful at all. It seemed as if they was a robot. The room key failed several times but never got fixed. I do not had a good experience.

mixed feelings on this hotel
old shower weak water pressure
the grounds were well kept, i will give them that.
the shower was old. it did not drain properly and the water pressure was weak. also, the minibar charges seemed a bit high, even for bali. i wish they were more transparent about the costs upfront, especially since i didn't even use half of the items.

amazing stay
spacious room plentiful breakfast great location
the room was so spacious. i loved the plentiful breakfast and the unexpected afternoon tea they included. the location was great with lots of restaurants nearby.

beautiful gardens good location
the gardens looked beautiful location was good i appreciated that the rooms were a good size the long walking promenade led to restaurants i found several places to eat and drink near the front gate
the tennis courts were fully booked i received little information on how to book tennis or bikes
