excellent hotel experience
central location swim-up bar helpful staff
i really liked the centrality of the hotel. the swim-up bar at the pool was a highlight. the hotel staff were fantastic and helpful. i found lovely restaurants nearby, like bambu and hotel mexicola. both restaurants were within easy walking distance. the food at the hotel was amazing.
i noticed slight wear and tear, with some limescale on the taps. shower, but this was minor and didn't significantly impact my experience.

the breakfast buffet offers a variety of options, including a la carte selections. fresh cappuccinos are prepared to order and the smoothie bowl is amazing. the french toast is another excellent option. breakfast service was attentive.

the staff were all very accommodating and helpful. they were attentive and friendly. the hotel provides a shuttle service to seminyak village. this service adds convenience . i greatly appreciated all the assistance from the staff.

The room had a water dispenser, i found this very useful. the shuttle service to seminyak village was free. I used it twice.
The breakfast buffet had limited options. I would have preferred a larger selection.

Absolutely Wonderful Stay!
friendly staff mosquito spray fun cooking class great massage
The hotel staff is very friendly and cute to everyone. The hotel room included mosquito spray, very useful. The hotel offered a cooking class that was very fun and informative. I also got a massage at the spa that was really great.
The air conditioner works well but it could cool the upper level more effectively.

The pool area has a clean pool with a swim-up bar that is accessible. The on-site spa offers different treatments, which are professionally executed. A cooking class is available and gives a great introduction to local cuisine. The hotel offers free yoga classes too.

All staff members greeted guests with a smile and were helpful. Staff were very good too ensure everyone was happy with their stay. The staff also provided quick and prompt service. The staff assists with bookings.

friendly staff comfortable bed free shuttle algae edges sharp tile dark pool
the staff was very friendly. the room had a comfortable bed. the free shuttle took me to seminyak village.
the private pool area had algae around the edges. some tile edges were sharp. the pool was a bit dark and uninviting.
