broken tilesless helpful staff
The hotel feels tired and needs some TLC. Broken tiles and steps existed in the pool. Some staff were super friendly, while others were less helpful. I feel this should be rated maybe 3 stars but certainly no more.

I liked the room. it had a door opening to the garden. This made it easy to socialize with neighbors. the location is advantageous. There is a convenience store just outside plus several restaurants nearby, i also walked to many attractions. breakfast featured a buffet with an egg station, and i found it adequate.

excellent location with great staff

i found the location to be excellent and the staff very accommodating. the breakfast included a lot of hot choices with options changed daily. plenty of fruit. i watched the sunset from the pool which has a swim up bar. i also enjoyed the gardens with greenery, flowering shrubs and frangipani.
the gym equipment was not very good, and some things i used did not work very well.

the pool has sufficient sunbeds . toilet and shower facilities are located nearby for convenience. the hotel also features lovely gardens with a variety of flowering plants and greenery.

the staff at reception were excellent upon arrival and departure. i found the employees to be excellent and very accommodating. they addressed our needs effectively and showed great kindness.

the hotel is right on the beach. rooms were comfortable and the bed was good. i did like the pool area and the swim up bar it has.
the gym is a good size, but the equipment wasn't high quality. some equipment did not work well. there are no towels in the gym and i had to ask for one.
