Excellent stay overall!
The hotel staff were friendly! food selection for breakfast included varied options. The views from the hotel are great. Desi Aromas is one of the nicest Indian restaurants I have visited.

charmed by mountain views and heated pool
mountain view friendly staff heated pool
I was charmed by the mountain views, especially from the room's balcony. the breakfast buffet has many options, and the staff is very friendly. i found the heated pool very comfortable. The water was temperature controlled.
the elevators emit too strong perfume smells, and i found it a little bothersome.

the staff was polite and attentive to requests. reception helped book a taxi to the tea factory. the service was generally efficient and helpful , resolving issues quickly.

the king suite was clean, cozy and spacious. a balcony was provided with wonderful mountain views. the bathroom was well-equipped and super clean with all necessary toiletries provided.

adequate stay with service shortfalls
uncomfortable journey slow response
The taxi arranged felt substandard. It lacked the expected quality for such a hotel. the three-hour drive was unnerving. The driver maintained excessive speeds on winding roads, and water was not provided. also, the wi-fi was intermittent in my room. the response time to resolve this issue was slow. It took multiple calls and significant waiting before a technician addressed it.

mountain view prompt service spacious room
I loved the views from the adult pool with mountains visible. Staff responded quickly when I needed something, delivering the item promptly to our room. The room included a big balcony and excellent views I found good.
The breakfast was good, but a few more options would enhance the experience.

breakfast buffet excellent view scruffy vehicle cold greeting
the breakfast buffet offered many options. the location provides excellent views from the top floor rooms. the rooms are spacious. room service is prompt.
The taxi arranged by the hotel was disappointing. It felt scruffy. the greeting was not warm, and my room was not ready. I was told to sit on a chair.
