the manager from bangladesh in the restaurant was friendly. abdur razaq was a very nice person i talked to. the staff were cooperative and helpful too.

fantastic experience near the haram
fantastic view prompt housekeeping really good service extensive buffet
the room was a beautiful single room it had a fantastic view. housekeeping was always prompt and efficient. the staff offered really good service throughout my stay. i found the breakfast buffet to be quite extensive with many choices available each morning
the elevators were sometimes a bit slow during peak prayer times that caused some minor delays

The location was acceptable, close to the Masjid, especially the women's gate.
Upon arrival, I was told the rooms I had booked were unavailable. Apparently, they gave my rooms to walk-in customers.
