the room was a beautiful single room it had a fantastic view. housekeeping was always prompt and efficient. the staff offered really good service throughout my stay. i found the breakfast buffet to be quite extensive with many choices available each morning

Upon arrival, I was told the rooms I had booked were unavailable. Apparently, they gave my rooms to walk-in customers.
