fantastic experience

early check-inlate check-outvaried breakfastattentive service
the staff was helpful. hazem facilitated an early check-in after a long journey. he also arranged a late check-out until 3:00 pm, a very thoughtful gesture. the breakfast buffet offered great variety and quality. tushar ensured everything was perfect, making breakfast a nice event. nytia welcomed us warmly at the restaurant and mujahid and afsal delivered attentive and efficient service.
the usb-a ports beside the bed were not working. the reading lights above the bed also did not function.

unfair policyunhelpful host
The pool area policy regarding sunbeds is unacceptable, guests secure loungers early and then abandon them for hours. This is not policed at all. The pool host was also unhelpful! offering no solutions. I found it quite inconvenient that the hotel mandates a significant room deposit. it restricts the ability to charge food or beverages to the room while at the pool.

i found the location to be good. it had direct access to the marina walk. the hotel also had access to a mall. the breakfast tasted great. the staff was friendly and helpful too.
the pool area was crowded. it was hard to find available loungers. the hotel took a large room deposit. i could not charge food or drinks to my room at the pool.
