The hotel's location is very close to the Haram, convenient for prayers.
The ventilation was poor, and the windows were screwed shut. It seemed like there was little fresh air, and someone in my family became ill. The cleaning staff were not helpful. They complained when we asked for more water, and bottled water was limited.

the location is very close to alharam the staff were well-mannered. they were cute and helpful the checking in and out process was quick and smooth.
the hotel is not clean you may find hair in your bed or on the floor. the mattresses were too old and uncomfortable

Mixed feelings about THE stay
poor ventilationsealed windows
The ventilation WAS really poor. The windows were sealed shut. Vents did not seem to bring in fresh air, and the air felt stale. I booked a quadruple room and regretted IT because an illness spread quickly. Bathrooms had little flies every time I went in.

The ventilation system was a joke. The windows were sealed shut, and the vents seemed purely decorative. In our "quad" room, illnesses spread faster than gossip at a family gathering. the cleaning staff acted like I was asking for their kidneys when I requested extra water. Only THREE small bottles per day? Seriously?
