heavenly stay near the haram

amazing viewconvenient locationdiverse array

the view of the kaaba from my room was amazing, and i could hear the azan clearly. the location was convenient, placing me steps away from the haram entrance, made attending prayers effortless. the breakfast buffet had a diverse array of delicious options. The quality of the food was AMAZING!!!

the bathroom was a bit small, especially the shower space, limiting movement slightly.

The staff were exceedingly polite and supported all my needs. The reception team was friendly and professional, always ready to assist, ensuring every request was addressed promptly with a warm, generous attitude.

My room had comfortable beds, firm and soft pillows, and lovely view. The room was also very clean and fresh. The azan speakers enhanced the experience, allowing prayer in union with the imam.

The room service was excellent.

The front desk staff was unhelpful . I tried to extend my stay, but I was told to return the next day repeatedly (which was really annoying). Luckily, the manager intervened on my last day and helped me get a room.

The hotel boasts a VERY convenient location near the Haram. The staff were helpful (shoutout to the reception team!). My room was clean and well-kept. Getting around was quick and easy.

The water pressure in the bathroom shower was a little low.
