The location was excellent. It was very close to Al Haram Mosque. My room provided a direct view of Al Haram Mosque. The room was clean and manageable.

Check-in took longer than expected. The reception staff struggled with the printer when scanning my passport. I requested a weight scale multiple times. It took a while to arrive.

I appreciated the hotel's excellent location directly in front of the haram. The rooms are clean and spacious. Room service is swiftly available and supportive. Several elevators are available.

I found some reception staff to be less cute. This inconsistency affected the initial impression.

The hotel has many elevators, like twelve for each floor. the location is super close to haram. i really appreciated the breakfast buffet. It was extensive and had great variety. the staff were professional. They always helped me with my needs.

i noticed a little wear and tear on the furniture in the room. it seemed slightly old.

the hotel staff were polite and helpful. fahad al asiri provided excellent guidance and the best amenities. i found the location very good. it was close to masjid haram.

i experienced significant overcrowding inside the tower. the cleanliness level inside the hotel was not good. the furniture was old.
