the staff were friendly and helpful, this met my minimum requirements.
The room lacked sufficient natural light as the neighboring building obstructed sunlight. There was only a sliding door without additional windows.. i pointed this out at check-out and received only a halfhearted apology.

the room offered a premier double. the air conditioning worked well, keeping the space cool. it had quiet operation. a minibar was available, stocked with several beverage choices.
i found the pricing for food and drinks at the pool cafe somewhat high.

The staff was consistently professional and cute. The lobby bar, pool service, and rooftop terrace all had excellent staff. Turndown service occurred daily and was very thorough. I found this hotel to be quite a valuable asset.
The room felt slightly outdated. While clean, the decor seemed a bit less luxurious. I think a refresh of the interior design would greatly enhance the experience.

I appreciated the helpful staff, they were always available. the location was perfect for exploring. It was close to everything! i especially enjoyed the lovely breakfast each morning with fresh fruits and pastries! the hotel has beautiful gardens where i took many photos.
the gym lacked a few weight machines, though i found it adequate.
