Wonderful Stay and Convenient Location

authentic touches cute staff worthwhile spa

I enjoyed the blend of authentic Spanish touches throughout the hotel. The staff was cute. The spa selection proved worthwhile. I extended my stay because of the service and amenities.

The thermostat in my room was stuck at 25 degrees. It needed repair, so the first night was uncomfortably warm. This issue was resolved the next day. Still, the initial discomfort was not ideal.

The room décor and fittings felt classy. They had a traditional style. There were multiple light switches and the bath was small. A double sink was available. Ventilation in the bathroom was poor.

Breakfast included a selection of fresh produce. Options like fruit, cheese, yogurts, and various bakery goods were available. Hot food included omelets and eggs cooked to order. A gluten-free section was available.

healthy options helpful staff restrictive hours inconsistent restocking

I found the breakfast selection quite good it offered many fresh healthy options. The staff were professional and helpful throughout my stay I especially liked their attention to detail. This hotel is stylish and well maintained it provided a pleasant environment. The location is superb I could easily access nearby attractions.

I thought the gym hours were somewhat restrictive this limited my workout schedule. The minibar restocking seemed inconsistent some items were frequently missing. I raised the issues with the front desk but I never received a clear explanation. I think there should be more attention to these details.

my room's door did not lock, and it took two days for maintenance to resolve this security issue, i consider this unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed caliber.
