really good hotel experience

The junior suite i stayed in was impeccably clean. it had a beautiful terrace. the staff was professional and always ready to assist. their consistent service covered check-in, the restaurant and resort teams. everything from the pools to the restaurants was amazing. The food was superb.
the music from the fendi plaza played until the early hours. you can hear the noise from you room!

the junior suite featured a king-size bed and a separate seating area with a sofa. there was a large tv with satellite channels available, and a minibar stocked with premium beverages was present. the bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower.

The hotel is located steps away from the seawall with a walking path. this path leads to the old town and puerto banús. there are many restaurants and cafes within walking distance. the area felt secure. The location was perfect!

the pool area included 20 loungers. there was a shaded section. the gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the spa offers a variety of treatments, though the parking was expensive.

awful serviceextended checkout
the food tasted good. i found the service fairly awful. it was not what i expected at this price point. i was not able to purchase a drink at the alternative pool and put it on the room. i had to go all the way to the beach for breakfast. i was not able to extend a later check out.

Excellent Stay!

My room was spacious. The bathroom was also very big. The balcony offered a fantastic garden view. I found the in-room breakfast to be excellent, of the highest standard. The fruit and macaroons prepared for arrival were a nice touch.

Gardens featured exotic plants, frogs, ducks, and even a swan, a pleasant sight. There was a great gym available. You get access to a fantastic tennis club if you play tennis.

Breakfast had very high quality. The hotel gives access to a car from 6 to 10 PM to take you around. There are many delicious restaurants on-site, many times with live music playing.

The room was very clean. The support staff were consistently fantastic. A digital concierge provided recommendations and made restaurant reservations. I had access to a great gym.
The hotel rooms are centered around La Plaza. The noise from it made sleeping a challenge.

Inconsistent experience at the hotel

The hotel has a perfect location near the beach.
The music from the Fendi plaza played until the early hours. The noise from my room was significant (it was almost as if I had windows open in the plaza!). Breakfast also took over an hour to come, and coffees took 30 mins.
