good location separate seating area clean room electricity issue unresolved problem non-heating towel rail
The location was very good it was close to the town centre. I appreciated having a separate seating area in my room. The room was tidy and clean.
The electricity tripped one morning there were no sockets or bathroom lights. I contacted management about the electricity issues it was not fully resolved. The heating is controlled remotely the towel rail was not heating so towels did not dry.

Acceptable Stay with an Electrical Issue

The location was good. Communication before our stay was straightforward. Accessing the hotel was easy. I appreciated the parking permit.
The electricity tripped out twice one morning, and again on our last night. This left us with no sockets or bathroom lights. It wasn't great trying to move around the room in the dark, especially with that raised platform under the bed. It's a miracle I didn't break a leg. Management was contacted, but the issue couldn't be resolved completely.

large room parking pass central location soft bed tired decor poor cleaning
The room was quite large. I really appreciated the space in the Double Room. I found the free parking pass for the car park next door useful. The location was perfect. It made everything so easy.
The bed in the room was quite soft for my liking. The decor felt somewhat tired. I think the hotel could use some updating. I noticed the standard of cleaning was not superb.
