the staff were friendly. the location is central, convenient for exploring. i found it easy to get around.
the room was quite cold, as the radiator didn't seem to be working properly. also, the noise from the street outside was noticeable, with buses stopping frequently at the nearby bus stop.

The hotel's location was central, placing everything within easy reach. Our double room featured a very large bathroom, a good surprise. The breakfast offered freshly cooked items, prepared exactly to our liking.
Unfortunately, some of the plug sockets near the bed were not functional, a bit inconvenient.

The staff demonstrated really good friendliness and helpfulness, allowing early check-in due to our attendance at a festival. This thoughtful gesture was very appreciated. Spencer was AMAZING.

the location was convenient, a short walk from both the train station and the cathedral. i was able to leave my luggage after checking out, really helpful. staff allowed me to drop off my backpack early, prior to official check-in time. the breakfast offered a lot of choice and all dishes were freshly cooked.
the noise from the street was noticeable because my room faced the main road, it had a bus stop right outside.

the staff were friendly. the blonde lady seemed well informed and helpful. she worked both in hospitality and breakfast and in cleaning and maintenance. the breakfast included in my stay was also very nice.
the rooms felt dated to me. they also were a bit noisy. i could hear seagulls landing on tables outside when food had not been cleared.
