tired decor sliding door
the room included an air conditioner , which was adequate.
the decor seemed quite TIRED , the rooms really need an uplift. the sliding door to the bathroom was very strange , it replaced the original door. the shower curtain over the bath on a curved ceiling rail gave a tiny space to shower , a definite design flaw.

The room was clean and a nice size. I could use the swimming pool and spa in the main hotel. It was a short walk from the lodge. The buffet breakfast had a great choice, and they had dairy-free milk, which I appreciated! The staff were helpful and smiley.
The bathroom was tiny. The toilet was a tight fit between the wall and the bath. The air conditioning unit made an intrusive noise during the night! I switched it off, but it still happened. I will consider other hotels in the future.

fantastic stay
warm welcome engaging staff comfortable bed central location
the receptionist offered a warm welcome as soon as i walked in the bar staff were fun and engaging i had the best sandwich ever the room was amazing and the bed was super comfortable i already booked for next month i can't wait to come back it is so exciting. the pool facility is really nice and breakfast especially the full english buffet was very good the staff were also always available and friendly which helped. the location is very central. the room had a comfortable bed and a lovely warm temperature.
the nespresso machine did not work even after factory reset or clean i did not report this but it would have been really great if it worked

the hotel offers convenient access to both the beach and the town center the proximity to key attractions makes exploring easy it is perfect wanting both relaxation and sightseeing. the convenience is excellent.

Excellent Staff and Great Location
polite staff clean pool attentive staff
The staffs were really friendly, polite. knowledgeable. I was near to the beach as it was only a short walk. The pool area stayed nice and clean. Breakfast had attentive staff and clear plates quickly.
My room looked dated and not worth the money I payed. The paintwork needed sanding and painting. part of my curtain was not on the rail.

The pool was spacious and well maintained. The spa offered a jacuzzi, a super pool with a pleasant temperature, a sauna, also a steam room I found nice. The gym included modern equipment I used.

Breakfast featured a good selection of items, that suited every taste. I saw the restaurant offers a diverse menu plus I enjoyed the dishes. The bar has a great selection of drinks also tasty snacks.

The reception team addressed requests promptly. They was polite also cheerful. The hotel maintained a high level of professionalism throughout. I was impressed by the team's dedication and attentiveness.

friendly staff comfy bed
The staff assisted me quickly and happily with everything. The facilities were great and my bed was super comfy. There was plenty of parking available . I was grateful for this convenience.
