helpful team perfect room great breakfast tired hotel shabby look old mattress
The location WAS great. The whole team were very helpful. The breakfast was great too. The room was perfect and reasonably priced.
I stayed there some years ago and thought it WAS great but the hotel is now looking very tired. It looks shabby even and needs a makeover. The mattress was old and uncomfortable, so I did not sleep very well.

mini fridge english breakfast
the room was a superior double room. it included a mini fridge and a coffee machine. the full english breakfast was included and it was proper.
the old windows let in a lot of street noise at night.

musty smell missing kettle
the breakfast was decent enough i guess. there was some herbal tea which seemed okay.
My room reeked. it had this musty smell i could not ignore. i needed to ask for a kettle and mug. The staff was polite about it though.
