I really loved the hotel's location right on the beach, so convenient! the supermarket on site had everything i needed. I found that so handy, it was amazing.
The air conditioning in the room was not very effective. It barely cooled the room. the food at the crispy corner was only ok. I felt pretty disappointed.

The hotel is family friendly, with many different activity options. I found the daily program for kids good, and various cuisine options were nice. The rooms were clean and spacious. Very important for a family. I will come again.

The guy at reception WAS very helpful. He helped us with many issues and always with a smile. The staff are friendly and very patient, which helps a lot with children.

Loads for the children to do here! the swimming pool and the water slide were very good. I like the kids club. My children enjoyed that very much.

The reception staff was kind and helpful. the restaurant staff was lovely, and the tables and floor were always clean. there was a fantastic choice of food at breakfast and every evening. The quality was superb!!! the pool area was beautiful and had plenty of sun beds.

I was really charmed by this place. The staff were amazing and child friendly. They kept the children happy . The rooms were clean upon arrival, and the balcony had a sea view. The hotel included everything needed for a family.
put towels on sunbeds very early. The hotel did not do anything about this.
