ben was a friendly host. the room and en suite were very clean and well prepared. i used the park and drop off service and it was so easy. ben's communications were useful and accurate.

the location is tranquil. the room had everything i needed for my overnight stop. i found a lovely selection of cereals, teas, coffees, yoghurts, croissants, biscuits, milk, and juice. i also appreciated the Excellent parking.

I heard SOME noise from other guests late at night. It was a VERY minor disturbance.

the double bedroom was a great size with an ensuite shower room. everything was beautifully clean, even the lovely comfortable bed included nice bedding. breakfast was provided in the room i found a good selection of cereals and packaged croissants. the fridge had yogurt, a bottle of water, orange juice and milk.

the bedside lamp had a slight flicker it wasn't too bad though

the room provided a sufficient overnight stay before an early flight it included standard amenities and basic comfort.

the walls seemed thin i could clearly hear children running and shouting in the adjacent room late into the night this disturbance significantly impacted my sleep quality furthermore the provided breakfast lacked variety it consisted mainly of simple continental options with limited choices for different dietary needs this was not ideal given the price point.

Breakfast included cereals, croissants and a fridge stocked with milk, orange juice, and water. It was acceptable.

The walls seemed thin, and soundproofing was not good. I could hear a lot of noise from adjacent rooms, including conversations and movement. This made it difficult to relax and sleep well! because privacy felt compromised. I think better sound insulation is necessary.
