Acceptable but Flawed Stay

The breakfast area was quite cramped during peak hours. Finding a free table proved difficult on two mornings. I also had some issues with the air conditioning in my room. It struggled to maintain a consistent temperature. I found it quite annoying.

Excellent Central Hotel Experience

I had a street balcony with my modern room. The bathroom had a good size and modern design. This quiet street is close to amenities. The location was excellent because it was a street away from La Rambla. I could easily walk to shops and main avenues.
The hotel climate control seemed off because my room was very hot. I asked about changing the temperature, but I learned the system was only heating during winter. I had to keep my window open all the time to be comfortable, so I heard noises from outside.

Excellent City Center Stay

The breakfast had super variety. The hotel cleaned our room every day (new towels and fresh bedsheets daily). All the staff members were approachable and very helpful . I found the location to be great (walking distance to many attractions).
The double bed in our room was actually two single beds put together, which i found slightly inconvenient.

The hotel is almost in the heart of the city, very convenient. Transfer was easy, with close proximity to metro and bus stations. Several landmarks are within walking distance, great for easy exploration.

The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of delicious options each morning (especially the pastries!). I found the selection of fruits, smoothies and hot dishes to be extensive. The hotel clearly puts effort into their breakfast service.
