mixed feelings about this stay
thin towelspaper-thin walls
The lack of staff after check-in was strange. I never saw anyone again. the towels were thin and frayed, a real letdown. plus, i woke up covered in bites. the walls seemed paper-thin. I could hear everything from other rooms.

Mixed feelings about my stay

The location was definitely central, a VERY short walk from the main attractions.
There was no lift, and the stairs were steep. Hauling luggage up to my room was REALLY difficult. My room was not cleaned , so the bins were very full. I also found it dubious that a code was used to enter the room instead of a key, and it did not feel safe leaving my things there.

The location was great. The room included soap, shampoo, and a hairdryer. There was also a storage room, very practical. I find the price reasonable.
I experienced slow replies to messages, sent five days and one day before our stay. I got no answer. This communication issue requires attention.

the location was great. i was a few steps away from main attractions. the room was clean. the location was air-conditioned.
the service desk was non-existent. i was sent inside to the empty restaurant then ignored. there was no kettle or tea or coffee. i think this is a standard.

The location is excellent. our room featured views facing the market. I was very impressed! the room itself included a comfortable bed and wide bathrooms.
The staff was difficult to reach prior to arrival. They were very slow at replying to messages. there also was no lift.
