Wonderful Central Stay
amazing location clear instructions
The location was amazing, close to many museums and cathedrals. A garage was available, made travel by car simpler. The staff contacted us before arrival to coordinate our access because we arrived after hours. They gave very clear instructions with pictures , so we accessed our room easily.
The hotel lacks some charm , as the inside is quite minimalist. A kettle in the room would be useful to get a hot drink outside breakfast hours. I found the bedding and pillows very uncomfortable , so I hope they change it soon.

The room was decent and the ceiling featured artistic touches. There was ample room to move around , and the bed was very comfortable. Rooms have entire bathrooms behind a door , which adds privacy.

The breakfast offered a wide selection of quality items, so there was plenty to choose from. A waffle maker provided a nice addition for breakfast. The breakfast is simple, but it is really tasty and a good way to start the day.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, providing excellent assistance. The hotel offers storage to leave luggage before or after check-in and check-out. They came up with an alternative that suited us, showing their commitment to service.

convenient location walk-in shower comfortable bed small room minimalist decor kettle absence
the location was really convenient , just a short walk to the main attractions. the room had a walk in shower , which i liked. the bed was large and comfortable , and i slept well.
the room was quite small , especially with luggage. i found the minimalist decor inside the hotel lacked some charm. also , there was no kettle in the room , so i couldn't make a hot drink.

dirty drawers limited functionality
the location was acceptable as it was close to the main square and christmas markets.
The room i booked, a comfort double room, felt quite small. cleanliness was not great. I noticed hairs and dirty drawers (it was a bit disappointing). the safe also had limited functionality.

superb central location
central location comfortable beds
The location was amazing, right in the heart of the city center. i also found the beds comfortable. They really stood out as the most comfortable i encountered on my european trip!
the rooms are somewhat small though the noise from outside was noticeable.

central location fresh pastries hotel elevator
The location is really central I found it easy to walk to main attractions. Breakfast offers a great selection I particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries. The hotel has an elevator this was so convenient for reaching upper floors with luggage.
The room was a bit small for three people.

prompt response great location fresh pastries daily cleaning
the staff responded very promptly to all questions i had. the hotel had a great location in the city center. breakfast offered various options including fresh pastries and fruits. the rooms were cleaned daily with great attention to detail.
the room overlooked a small courtyard and received very limited sunlight.

The reception staff was consistently available and addressed all requests with efficiency. i observed a personalized approach. Staff members seemed to know guests. communication felt very proactive and helpful.
