superb central location
central locationcomfortable beds
The location was amazing, right in the heart of the city center. i also found the beds comfortable. They really stood out as the most comfortable i encountered on my european trip!
the rooms are somewhat small though the noise from outside was noticeable.

the staff responded very promptly to all questions i had. the hotel had a great location in the city center. breakfast offered various options including fresh pastries and fruits. the rooms were cleaned daily with great attention to detail.
the room overlooked a small courtyard and received very limited sunlight.

The reception staff was consistently available and addressed all requests with efficiency. i observed a personalized approach. Staff members seemed to know guests. communication felt very proactive and helpful.

Breakfast included multiple choices of breads, cheeses, and cold cuts. fresh coffee was available from early morning. the breakfast room had ample seating. I never experienced any crowding.
