I found the breakfast was very generous with enough choices. The location was very close to transport links. The room was clean and the shower was really great. The staff was always attentive and available, this i enjoyed a lot.
The television only had german channels, a minor inconvenience.

the housekeeping team kept the rooms clean. the location was very close to alexanderplatz with good transit options. the room was quiet with breakfast options that were well stocked. the front desk staff helped me .
the food items did not have name tags! i was not able to select the food easily.

The room included a comfortable bed and a functional desk. the bathroom was clean and well maintained with fresh towels daily. I appreciated the modern fixtures. there were also bike rentals right by the hotel.
