The air conditioning was ineffective, but it was not resolved the staff's response felt inadequate, a five-star hotel should ensure basic comfort the lack of attention to this critical detail was disappointing. the fitness center lacked proper climate control making workouts unpleasant. the gym environment requires better maintenance.

The hotel benefits from its proximity to a major station. This made traveling around easy. The rooms had ample space. I found the breakfast to be varied.
The soundproofing was not great. I could hear trains passing by. The air conditioning made a constant dripping sound, which disturbed sleep. There was no complimentary water in the room. I had to buy it from the minibar.
