Superb Hotel Experience!

The hotel is very new and modern. I enjoyed the electric roller shutters and the view of the quay area. The large TV had many language options , especially English news channels. The room was super clean , like the rest of the hotel. The breakfast offered plenty of choices.

the hotel is conveniently near the river rhine. i could easily walk to the city center in 15 minutes. the underground parking was spacious and easy to access. breakfast was excellent with varied fresh choices.

the air conditioning did not work well, and the room remained warm . reporting the issue did not resolve it. there was no refrigerator in the room either.

i found the room very quiet and free of heavy fragrances. the front desk staff were cute and helpful. the bed offered great comfort and i slept well. the location allowed me to walk around and see everything, as i prefer not using public transportation.

i had to pay 20 euro for parking , and this was not disclosed beforehand.

i found the location great, near the dock. the breakfast was better than average. i also appreciated the team was good and polite at reception. i chilled in the bar area and relaxed a bit after a long day.
