mouldy sealant cracked tiles
the grounds of the hotel were acceptable.
The bathroom really needed updating. The tiles were cracked and the sealant looked mouldy. the shower screen leaked a lot, and that was very annoying. i definitely expected better for the price.

awesome stay!
friendly staff free upgrade breakfast choices
the staff was super friendly, i got a free upgrade to a superior double room which really made my day! breakfast each day was great with lots choices. the grounds looked great for pictures and i took many photos.
the noise was noticeable from other rooms, i could hear some voices late at night.

the service i received was very good, the staffs are very polite and helpful. every request i made, like extra pillows or information about local attractions, the staff handled it quickly and efficiently.

the hotel offered free parking, a great perk when you have a car. the grounds had well kept gardens perfect for a walk. the lounge area was perfect for a relaxing time with a drink.

nice suite food allergies
The staff upgraded our room to a suite. It was very nice. The breakfast quality was pleasing and the servers accommodated food allergies.
There was no bottled water in the room.
