The staff helped a lot! i actually left an item in my room and contacted them. they were super helpful. They packaged it well, and i arranged a courier. i received my item today! i couldn't have asked for more. the responses to emails were fast.
for a hotel to not have fridges in the rooms is strange. the rooms seemed dated. however, it was still nice!

the location was central to many attractions. i appreciated the excellent breakfast selection. the staff were helpful with directions and recommendations for local restaurants. there was also a handy iron with ironing board in the room.
the tissue box in the room was not refilled . i missed having this simple convenience.

the breakfast was ok.
the check-in wasn't smooth. i couldn't use my credit card because i didn't have the pin. none of my other cards worked either, which caused problems. it's also disappointing that the windows don't open since i like sleeping with open windows.

The hotel location IS central. I found the staff friendly and very professional . The room had fluffy towels and provided complimentary toiletries. THAT was a great touch.
