The room was a standard double room no pets. it was clean and very comfortable. the breakfast was amazing!!! there was a huge variety of options. the staff were friendly and helpful.
check-in took a bit longer than expected. i waited around 15 minutes. the bar service was slow at times. i waited a while to be served drinks. the dinner menu was a little limited in my opinion.

the breakfast have a good choice with everything on the buffet, it be hot. our privilege room have extras, a nice touch. the swimming pool have a good vibe for a splash and a dip.
some corridors be long, a small trek to the room.

the city be ten minutes away, a quick trip for shopping. the gardens are perfectly kept. the surrounding area be also perfectly maintained.

the location was secluded and suited a quiet break. the room offered adequate quietness because the walls seemed thick. parking was simple with three distinct areas available. i also noticed highland cows near the upper car park..
i found the lack of staff to be problematic. staff members present was to have minimal training. the time taken to receive food was excessive..
