adequate stay with some minor issues

excellent locationgood showertv channel
the room was lovely with an excellent location. the shower was also good. there was a good band that started at 9 pm, a nice way to finish the evening.
the staff had a horrible attitude. i questioned a tv channel change during an important sports event but they refused to change it back. i found this quite frustrating.

fantastic stay!

friendly staffsuperb showertiny window
I had the pleasure of dining here. the food was really good. the staff members were friendly! logan, who worked in the dining area, proved to be very helpful, really adding to the positive vibe. We loved him! the shower was great in the single rooms we booked.
the room we initially received in the town house felt a bit dreary with only one tiny window that let in daylight, which wasn't great. the room seemed outdated, and it didn't feel very clean, disappointing.
Service
9/10
the staff members were very attentive and responsive to requests. logan in the dining area offered really good service, and his assistance greatly enhanced our meals. it was so nice!

Fantastic stay downtown

varied optionscute staffcentral locationold radiator
The breakfast was really awesome. I especially liked the variety of options available (they even had gluten-free bread!). All the staff were very accommodating. The location was prime, right in the center, close to everything I wanted to see and do.
The room felt a bit dated and the radiator needed an update. It took a while to get the room to a comfortable temperature.
