Wonderful Stay Close to Everything

Beds were comfortable. Everything was quiet. The train station has only a few minutes walking distance from the hotel. The breakfast starts early. It is perfect if you need to catch a flight from the nearby airport. The staff were cute at reception.

The room was VERY hot. The fan was not great at all.

The breakfast had a nice variety. That met my expectations.

The gym was available but the air conditioning was broken so it was way too hot to use. I thought that was pretty pointless. The water dispenser was also empty for the entire three day stay. That was annoying.

I was disappointed by a few things . the housekeeping wasn't very thorough. I found some dust in corners and the bathroom wasn't as clean as i expected. also, the noise from outside was quite noticeable, especially early in the morning. It made it difficult to sleep in. it would have been better if the windows offered more sound insulation.

The location was convenient. It was close to the DLR and Cable Car! This gave us quick access to the Underground. The staff members were always friendly and helpful. I felt very welcome and relaxed.

The room was not perfect. The temperature could not be adjusted. It was very cold. The shower did not drain properly.
