Kostas especially made dining a delight!!! I really enjoyed the Sherlock Holmes theme. It added a quirky touch. My room had soft drinks, robes, and nice toiletries. I really appreciated that.
The room wasn't quite ready at check-in. I had to wait a bit past 3 PM. It was a minor inconvenience though.

Our room was upgraded, which gave us more space. The room was lovely. I appreciated the little gifts for my children at bedtime, it was a nice touch. The hotel is stylish and clean.
The room was small. The bathroom was cramped. USB ports in the room did not work. Breakfast took a long time to arrive one morning.
