my room was a beautiful studio. it had ample space. the in-room coffee service included individual french presses, which i found charming. the hotel gave a special gift linked to the concert we attended.
The room's television did not work. There was no signal. also, i didn't find any tea or coffee facilities in the room. the bar felt small. It resembled a cave with no windows.

The staff exhibited genuine care and attention to detail throughout my stay. The doormen were quick in securing taxis. I was touched to discover macaroons decorated with icing horseshoes and charming messages after mentioning my interest in horse racing..
The spa and pool were temporarily closed, a slight disappointment.

lovely featuresquiet resttired spa
the hotel is fine. our room had such lovely features and all the comforts i could dream. we had a peaceful, quiet rest . the staff were all amazing and always ready to help.
the spa seemed a bit tired. the sauna needed a call to reception to even start it. i do think they should refresh it so it feels more inviting.

this hotel location is prime. it is near many shops and restaurants. i found it easy to walk to the nearby attractions from the hotel. public transportation is also readily accessible.
