the staff was helpful! i found the beds comfortable. the reception area was cool, also.
the room was a bit too warm even with the window open.

breakfast included a superb selection of items. i really enjoyed the option for lunch or brunch. the restaurant and bar area created a good atmosphere and i found the food to be great.

the location provided easy access to the underground, specifically the central line! a bus stop located near the hotel took you directly to the center. many shops are close by providing options for everything you might need during your trip.

the staff was amazing and super helpful. jasmine at the reception was kind during check-in. fatimah provided a smooth checkout process and was equally kind! they assisted with calling a cab to the airport.

The staff was helpful. Amazing to see. they were able to retrieve the cash i forgot in my room.
I booked a twin room. It wasn't made clear that fixed rates were not amendable. i had to pay additional money on check in. also, i left my iphone charger plugged in and they said they have no record of it being found.

the location was acceptable..
The front desk staff seemed impersonal. Check-in felt transactional and not particularly cute. i also found the style a bit much. The decor seemed like a hodgepodge of clashing ideas. there were also some odd sexual innuendos sprinkled throughout the hotel that felt out of place

The bus stop right outside was actually pretty useful. It got me where I needed to be, eventually.
The room? Tiny. They called it a 'Small Mama Double Room,' but 'claustrophobic cupboard' is more accurate. And the noise! I swear, the walls are made of paper. I heard every single door slam and every conversation in the hall. It was less like a hotel and more like a poorly soundproofed hostel.
