fun decor lovely staff great entertainment
The hotel features very personable decor with fun details. the staff was super lovely. the location is really amazing. It's easy to get around. the in-room entertainment was great. I had a great time.
i found the mattress to be quite firm for my liking.

underwhelming stay, some issues
hidden fee missing item
The staff was helpful. Amazing to see. they were able to retrieve the cash i forgot in my room.
I booked a twin room. It wasn't made clear that fixed rates were not amendable. i had to pay additional money on check in. also, i left my iphone charger plugged in and they said they have no record of it being found.

mixed Feelings
impersonal staff clashing decor
the location was acceptable..
The front desk staff seemed impersonal. Check-in felt transactional and not particularly cute. i also found the style a bit much. The decor seemed like a hodgepodge of clashing ideas. there were also some odd sexual innuendos sprinkled throughout the hotel that felt out of place

paper walls poorly soundproofed hostel
The bus stop right outside was actually pretty useful. It got me where I needed to be, eventually.
The room? Tiny. They called it a 'Small Mama Double Room,' but 'claustrophobic cupboard' is more accurate. And the noise! I swear, the walls are made of paper. I heard every single door slam and every conversation in the hall. It was less like a hotel and more like a poorly soundproofed hostel.
