A Warm Embrace in the City

The front desk exhibited a great helpfulness. I found Winnie to be especially friendly. The location proved excellent. It offered an easy walk to Islington, shops, pubs, and restaurants. This allowed for nice local exploration.
My roadside room proved too close to the main, busy road. Traffic sounds were heard while in bed.

A bus station sits just across from the front entrance. I also noticed two other bus stations are near the hotel. Angel tube station is also within a comfortable five minute walk from the hotel.

The room felt clean and well maintained. I enjoyed that the bathroom provided free toiletries. I did find the bed was comfortable for resting after exploring. This helped me to relax for sleep.

Excellent Service and Great Location!

As a business traveler, I appreciated the convenient location near rail stations. The executive lounge was a plus. Mimi delivered drinks very fast. Parking at the hotel was a notable benefit. The staff helped me and always did it with a smile. They were quick to respond.
The shower had weak water pressure, it was similar to a cheap electric shower.

Emmanuel at reception always remembered me, a wonderful personal touch. Winnie was friendly and energetic when she checked me in and made sure I knew about all the vegan options. I appreciate this attention.

The staff at the reception were helpful with directions. They also assisted me with printing boarding passes, which I greatly appreciated. I found the on-site fitness room convenient. It allowed me to maintain my workout routine. The room included a spacious desk, a necessity for my work.
I noticed that the soundproofing in my room was not very effective, as I could hear street noise at night.
