The staff anticipated every need, streamlining check-in and check-out. It was GREAT. The location is really good. I found complimentary hot beverages and bottled water in the club room. It made a difference after long days. Thank you for the wonderful stay!
I noticed the absence of a safe within the room. Secure storage was available at the front desk, however.

The room was very clean and quite comfortable, providing exactly what I needed for my stay. Shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion were available in the bathroom, which I appreciated. The bed was AMAZING!!!

I found the location quite central, very close to many main attractions. The staff was friendly. Jake was particularly helpful upon my arrival. I appreciated the spacious and well-appointed room, with all the essentials available.
I noticed the coffee machine at breakfast often had a long queue. It seems another machine would alleviate the wait.

I enjoyed the room. It had a yoga mat, an iron, an ironing board, and a hair blow dryer. The bathroom included shampoo, conditioner, and soap. I found them well-stocked.

The hotel provided a taxi service. It was available on call and cost 90 pounds to Heathrow. I noticed a members lounge. It provided a quiet space to relax, but the nearby toilet was not immediately accessible. I enjoyed the quietness of the hotel

I found water readily available on every floor (which was very useful). the staff were all very kind and helpful to me. the club room was great. I used it to get coffee.
The bedrooms were rather small. the bed felt cramped against the wall. This limited movement. i thought there was not enough seating in the breakfast area.
