the staff was amazing, so helpful with directions. breakfasts were super tasty and they changed every day!

The room had a king size bed. It felt very comfortable. the breakfast included a southwest omelette which i found quite tasty. the hotel's location near the subway made travel simple.
I noticed continuous stops with housekeeping staff.

i found the staff to be nice. the location suited me very well, a definite plus. i was able to store my bag before check-in and after checkout. i appreciate that coffee and cookies were available at night.

subway station access is nearby, offering connections. many shops and restaurants are in close proximity. times square is a walk distance of ten minutes. the immediate surrounding area outside was a little messy.

Amazing stay close to everything!

I loved the central location. Its so close to many sights! The staff was attentive and always willing to assist me, they answered all questions I had. Fresh delicious cookies are available at check in and I really enjoyed the coffee station in the lobby. Blackout drapes are available and a seated patio is in front of the hotel.

The room had a mini fridge, good toiletries, and a safe, which I found very useful. The hair dryer and ironing board were in excellent condition. I liked the climate control in my non smoking room.

Location is a strong advantage for this hotel, its very central between major avenues! The hotel is close to many subway lines, this made traveling around the city super simple. I also found several shops nearby for anything I needed.

The breakfast included options were quite nice to start the day before sightseeing. I saw fresh cookies were offered every afternoon. There is also a vending machine with snacks if I need something quickly.

The location was ideal with proximity to the subway station. I felt very welcomed because the staff was friendly. Luis in the kitchen deserves special thanks for his attentiveness. The front desk staff, particularly Laura, provided excellent service.
The noise from the air conditioning units outside the window was disruptive at times.
