the two receptionists were really helpful and friendly. they are ready to help with anything at any time. their service made a big difference. the hotel has comfortable beds and great insulation making it very quiet inside.
the street was a little busy so getting to the hotel was a bit chaotic.

The hotel is in a VERY convenient location. I could easily walk to many attractions and restaurants. The staff helped book a tour for me, and it went smoothly. The transportation was on time.
My room was quite small, difficult to manage my luggage. The shower knobs were faulty. I could not find a comfortable temperature. I could only get either hot or cold water.
