a mixed experience
awkward television small room
the television placement was awkward it was perpendicular to the bed. this made viewing uncomfortable. the room felt small for its price and it was above the entrance so noise was a problem. a bathtub was not available only a shower was available instead

historical charm
wood paneling period art restaurant reservation
i stayed at the heritage wing luxury room twin beds. i was upgraded to a suite. this suite had two guest bathrooms and multiple entrances. dark wood paneling and period art stood out. ms man hoa served as my personal butler and secured restaurant reservations.
i noticed inconsistencies in the service. a female staff just confirmed names without greeting at the airport. she asked us to follow her to the car outside without offering help with our luggage. the duty manager didn't seem apologetic about the hot water issue.
