Bottled water was always available! the breakfast had a wide array and they even prepared a packed breakfast for my early flight! staff stored my luggage before check-in, easing my travel plans.

The hotel stored my luggage when I visited Ha Long Bay. Staff helped me use the grab app to get to the airport. They spoke to the driver on my behalf and carried my bags to the car.. The rooftop bar was lovely. The breakfast buffet was GREAT.

I really appreciated the staff's dedication. They helped organize multiple trips. It included dates I was not staying at the hotel. The rooftop breakfast offered delicious options.

the staff were kind and helpful. they stored our luggage when we explored nearby areas. the rooftop bar was charming, and the breakfast buffet had many choices.
The rooms felt a bit small and dated. We expected more. the check-in process wasn't the smoothest. we felt a little rushed.
