mixed feelings about my stay
limited storage strange supervision
I was a bit let down by some aspects of my room. the bidet broke during my first day, i informed the reception, and they insisted i stay in the room while maintenance fixed it. it felt strange that i needed to supervise the staff to ensure my belongings were safe. I found that odd. storage was also limited. The junior suite had just one cupboard with two shelves, not ideal for stays longer than a night.

cheap furniture dark room
the staff were very helpful. they booked a cab to the airport for me to compensate for the room.
I booked a beautiful room with internal windows. the room was not as advertised. the furniture looked cheap, and the decoration was disappointing (i really expected more). there was no natural light from the internal window. It just looked into a dark hole.

I received good service from the staff. Hannah was very helpful . The hotel has a prime location and modern decor. I enjoyed the views from the restaurant at night.
The hotel has an air conditioning problem. I smelled musty water. A room with an internal window is practically a window facing a ventilation shaft. The walls are very thin. I could hear conversations in adjacent rooms.

helpful staff lovely view breakfast buffet comfy bed
The staff was helpful and friendly. i had a room with a nice view overlooking the lake. the breakfast buffet had many options. I thought the beef pho was amazing!!! the beds were really comfy. the night market was right outside the hotel on the weekend, it was a great location.
the room was slightly smaller than i expected.
