a splendid stay

I appreciated the well-equipped apartment. It included a tea and coffee set, a kettle, a coffee machine, and even a microwave, which i found very convenient! the location was also a plus. Even though it is not directly in the city center, i enjoyed walking through the beautiful neighborhood. it only took about 15 minutes to reach the old town! sandy, the receptionist, was especially helpful and cute.
The only minor inconvenience i encountered was the extra charge for parking. I wasn't aware of this fee beforehand, and it added a bit to my overall bill, so i feel it should be notified upon arrival.

The hotel provides an excellent bakery item ordering facility, even though the hotel doesn't have a restaurant. a coffee machine and a kettle are available in the room. guests can order breakfast items like croissants in the morning. I think this service is convenient.

The rooms feature traditional decor with quality furnishings and carpets, contributing to a comfortable atmosphere. the suite i stayed in was spacious with two bathrooms and ample windows. This provided a relaxing environment after exploring. there is a separate room for ironing boards, cleaning and toilet supplies.

some issues noted
street level roommissing toiletries
I found some problems . the room, while seemingly nice, was located below street level. This meant we had to keep the blinds down constantly for privacy. additionally, basic toiletries were not provided. i had to purchase shampoo and conditioner from the reception area. also, coffee pods cost extra. i expect a certain level of amenities to be included, especially given the price.

street-level roomextra parking
The room was below street level. I had to keep the blinds drawn constantly as people could see directly inside, so this was like a basement. There were no toiletries by the bath. I had to buy shampoo and conditioner from reception. I had to pay extra to park in the car park each night. It's annoying.

Acceptable stay with a few issues
dirty towelslimited service
The cleanliness of the towels was substandard. Even after requesting fresh towels, they often had stains. I also found that after 8 pm it was difficult to get assistance. The reception wasn't staffed that time. I hope management addresses these problems to ensure a better experience .
